Sport Performance and Rowing Clinic - Session 4

The clinic will begin with a sport performance component that will be conducted by our strength coach Cody Roberts in the Carver Hawkeye Arena Varsity weight room. Each camper will leave with sports fitness profile highlighting their strengths and weaknesses.
You will then get an introduction to the sport of rowing from the University of Iowa coaching staff at one of the country’s premier rowing facilities.
This clinic is a great opportunity for high school athletes to discover a new sport. You will learn basic rowing technique on the ergometer and in our rowing tank.
What to Bring
Please bring a water bottle, tennis shoes, and close-fitting athletic clothing (ex. Dryfit or spandex tops and bottoms).
